Has anyone got more of an update on this train.
On Sunday, B80 was still undergoing refurbishment at WCR Ballarat. Although the
loco was painted, there was no evidence that any work had been carried out in
the cabs. The train is due to commence in less than two weeks, so is it going to
happen? GM19 has not arrived as yet (may arrive this Wednesday on the Patrick
train). Considering it also needs to be transferred to Melbourne then bogie swap
with GM19, undergo a test run then head across to Adelaide, is there going to be
enough time to do all this?
Have the passenger cars been refurbished yet?
