Hi Matt,

            No such company as ATC in Australia. Could you be thinking of ARTC? This is the Australian Rail Track Corporation. I cannot find a web page for them. As far as I know, ARTC owns and operates the standard gauge interstate main lines across Australia. Hope this is of help.
