I think the "C" is for CFCLA. The wagon (CQAY 5) looks the same as the
recently acquired wagons Patrick got from China. I have recently heard the 4
Patrick wagons are hired from CFCLA, This would explain why this wagon is
numbered 5, although the coding on the Patrick wagons is "P". CQAY 5 arrived
on the Patrick train from Adelaide on Saturday, were it was transferred from
the docks by EL54 to Nth Dynon.

Also, has anybody heard that CFCLA has purchased Austrac. Someone said there
was an article in the Financial Review stating this?
