BM4 with NR's 62 and 63 stuck on Cowan Bank (usual spot). 

Following urban ran wrong line under bi directional working to get past. 

>From the scanner it appears that EL58 and 4486 off the LVR freight
following (which was being called 3168 for some reason unknown) are to
provide rear end assistance to clear the section.

Shame I was at Woy Woy Tunnel :-)))
