re:4490 & 4916



Aus loco discussion mailing list

G'day.
While working on the infamous Commodore yesterday, I paused to savour the 
lusty chant of a diesel notching up from the Down Home at Buxton, across the 
crossing and rolling into the platform. Certainly didn't sound like a 48.
I suppose it's the next best thing to having a steam engine at the end of 
your street.
