Tomorrow's EL class working would not be the first north of Newcastle
because some of them were delivered from Broadmeadow via the Ulan line en
route to SA in the early 1990s.

G'day all.
Austrac train no.1581 to Willow Tree tomorrow (Tuesday) has a blue EL
leading 1873 (is this the first EL north of Newcastle?), scheduled
through Broad at arounf 06.00, returning south as train no.5182 on
Wednesday morning through Broad at 09.20, up the Cowan bank around
11.30.
