Freightcorp PL's

Morning all,
My contact at Freightcorp advises me that the 2 PL's are not in actual 
storage. In fact they are in the process of having their mark 1 radio 
control gear removed and mark 2 version installed.
Apparently work is not progressing at any particularly fast pace, but work 
is still continuing on converting 4868 & 4870 into PL's 3 & 4 although I am 
uncertain as to which unit will be #3 or #4.
The plan is to have a total of 7 PL's eventually.
