Aus loco discussion mailing list
Hello,
I have been reliably informed that an STN has been sited for the running of
tomorrow's WL4 (Ghan) via the South. This would suggest that the West is
closed yet again for maintenance.
This would then explain why the LVR special will now run on the South as
well. Let's just hope that it will be in daylight!
I have heard that somehow the ACT ARHS was involved in assisting train
number 2962 (FV log) back from Hume on Friday. Steam engine 1210 on a log
train? Probably not! But a nice thought still...
Bye.
