Unfortunatly yes it will because it will become CTC, controlled from
W'gong, replacing electric staff. Well thats unless it has been changed
again.

The Use of L sets would be due to the fact that W'gong crews are the
only ones qualified south of Dapto because of some agreement that was
made. 
Add to that there wouldn't be enough V set cars for the service. The
mould has apparantly been broken and these cars can no longer be made.
