The sidings were put in to provide rail access to the Multi-Purpose berth which is at the south end of the grain silos. AFAIK there has been only one train on them, it was one of Austrac's 18s and it was mainly for the benefit of the media prior to Austrac running the log trains to PK. The track was later covered over with dirt just north of the Tom Thumb Road level crossing to allow trucks to drive over while earthworks were being carried out. I go around there at least once a week and still haven't seen a train there.
	Regards,
	Chris.
