The quick answer is pick a gauge and we've probably got it.
Seriously, list below:

New South Wales - 4'8.5"
Queensland - 3'6", Sugar Cane railways 2'
Victoria - mainly 5'3", interstate lines and a few others 4'8.5"
South Australia - mainly 5'3", interstate lines 4'8.5", 3'6" on Eyre Peninsula
Western Australia - mainly 3'6", interstate and iron ore lines 4'8.5"
Tasmania - 3'6"
Northern Territory - line to Alice Springs only 4'8.5"

Sorry about the imperial measurements, I was brought up that way and can't be bothered converting to metric.
