Freight Australia?

I've taken the liberty of forwarding this one (with acknowledgment) from
aus.rail.  Rumour or fact? :-)

Interesting development if correct - presumably it's only for the rolling
stock that will operate away from Victoria.  I wonder will FV locos get the
same treatment if they get sent interstate for extended periods?

We always thought that funny logo with the expanded map of Victoria
indicated territorial ambitions!
