As far as I can see, the DL is probably to cover for failures / rescue
breakdowns.  I haven't even heard it running in the five weeks I've been
here.  I'm pretty sure it got moved one day, but was with an NR at the
time, and was back in its identical spot shortly after, so I may have
been mistaken.
