Diesel shunter location

Hi,

Thats my first post to the list, as I live in Spain.

Last July when I was trvelling with the XPT from Brisbane to Sydney, I
remember seing a small diesel shunter locomotive, with two axles, in one
of the numerous stops of this train.

Can someone help on the geographic location an origins of this loco.  It
appears to be of Euroean origin (Henschel?),  sorry, but only things I
remember is that it was well past Casino station.

Also, can someone provide some drawings of Casino Station Tracks?
