As I understand it both 4403 and 4807 at Junee are still owned by State
Rail and were placed with the Junee 2003 Roundhouse group. Because of this
they will never be used on a private operators freight train and I believe
that the Junee group don't own any passenger rollingstock and the passenger
stock that Austrac were using at one stage is no longer at Junee. I suspect
they are probably going to try to get 4403 operable to justify keeping
it down there. Both these units have been at Junee for over 5 years with
almost nothing done to them. Perhaps Peter can confirm this.
