Visited the short West yesterday. Sightings as
follows. Unfortunately arrived a little late because of a truck accident at Mt
Boyce. Send it by rail!
# 8162 with 8142 at Locksley at
11.25am.
# 1827 with 8227 at Bewongle
at13.50pm.
G543 LE Wallerwang to Bathurst at Brewongle
at14.40.
Ran late because they were waiting for a pilot
driver to come on. The up trip was scheduled to leave Bathurst at
4.00pm.
X40, nose ahead, alone on 7956 in the Austen and
Butta sidings, Wallerawang. Made a nice photo late in the afternoon.and luckily
the sun came out. Typical western weather with puffies around all
day.
