Hello,

Goulburn has refuged FreightCorp train number 3170 at Yass at 10-10pm 
(22-10) to cross SL8. SL8 was heard talking to 3170 around 5 minutes later.

If the buffet car XBR2151 is the same one as deposited at Harden, why would 
it be taken first to Cootamundra?
